Run the job in the field
The mobile field view turns a phone into a job sheet. Safety is signed before work can start, time tracks while on the tools, and stock comes off as parts are added.
- Sign-before-start, the job (and its billing) is blocked until H&S is signed on site.
- Clock on to tally billable hours, and tick off the checklist with photos and notes.
- Add parts used, inventory is decremented and labour totalled automatically.
- Customer sign-off on the spot, with the IVA-inclusive total shown.
Invoice & get paid
Completing a job in the field raises a draft invoice automatically: labour, parts and mileage already itemised. An admin approves, and it syncs to your accounting package.
